PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Tube BassTrap is an acoustic energy absorber which is designed to damp low frequency sound energy with the goal of attaining a flatter low frequency response. It decreases low frequency pressure by reducing resonances in a room. Being a porous absorber, Tube BassTrap works across a wide frequency range, reducing the depth of the nulls and attenuate the booming sounding peaks. The overall response of the room is flatter as a result.
Tube BassTrap is made of optimized mix of acoustic rock wool insulation that delivers effective absorption of low frequencies. With its cylindrical shape, it also affects medium and high frequencies reflecting them to the sides. It works best in spots where the bass is amplified such as the corners of a room. It can also be used in the open, close coupled to speakers in order to improve their performance. Tube BassTrap deals with frequencies down to 50hz, which makes it cost-effective and high performance product for controlling low-end.

INSTALLATION
Tube BassTrap is a free standing product. It should be placed in the room corners or close to the wall in order to reduce low frequency acoustic pressure. It can be also used as a speakers stand. The structure of the trap is stable and allows you to put up to 20 kg on it, which means that the traps can be stacked on the top of each other.
