Do you ship outside Europe ?

Yes, we’re worldwide. Please contact us to estimate shipping cost.

What's the shipping cost ?

We calculate shipping costs based on size, weight and location of delivery. To determine the shipping rate for the chosen items, please add them to your shopping cart and use our shipping calculator. The shipping estimate will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card or personal information is required. 

How long does the delivery take ?

We build everything to order, and orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order is complete, it will ship from our facility and you’ll receive tracking updates directly from DPD or DHL. Shipping usually takes anywhere from one to five days depending on your distance from Poland. If you need any special accommodations for shipping, please contact us directly.

Can I track my shipment ?

Once your order is processed you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), which can be used to track the estimated delivery time of your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What payment method do you accept ?

You can pay by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer directly through your bank.

I have VAT number, can I buy with 0% VAT rate ?

We’re EU VAT registered company, which means that we do not charge VAT for purchases made by companies.

How can I pay for custom size order ?

You can pay any way you like. Once the terms are agreed, we will send you a link to the payment page.

What if I need to modify my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you can modify it at any time. However, if your order has already shipped, you can take advantage of a 30-day return policy.

In how many days can I return the goods ?

All of our products are 100% Guaranteed. You may return items for a full refund (excluding custom products) within 30 days. 

Who pays for return shipping ?

We require customers to pay for roundtrip shipping – the cost to send products to you and the cost to ship returns back to us.
