Shipping
Yes, we’re worldwide. Please contact us to estimate shipping cost.
We calculate shipping costs based on size, weight and location of delivery. To determine the shipping rate for the chosen items, please add them to your shopping cart and use our shipping calculator. The shipping estimate will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card or personal information is required.
We build everything to order, and orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once your order is complete, it will ship from our facility and you’ll receive tracking updates directly from DPD or DHL. Shipping usually takes anywhere from one to five days depending on your distance from Poland. If you need any special accommodations for shipping, please contact us directly.
Once your order is processed you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), which can be used to track the estimated delivery time of your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Payment
You can pay by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer directly through your bank.
We’re EU VAT registered company, which means that we do not charge VAT for purchases made by companies.
You can pay any way you like. Once the terms are agreed, we will send you a link to the payment page.
Returns
If your order has not yet been processed, you can modify it at any time. However, if your order has already shipped, you can take advantage of a 14-day return policy.
All of our products are 100% Guaranteed. You may return items for a full refund (excluding custom products) within 14 days.
We require customers to pay for roundtrip shipping – the cost to send products to you and the cost to ship returns back to us.
