PREPARATION TIME AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days depending on the number of items ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is processed you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), which can be used to track the estimated delivery time of your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please allow 2-5 additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package and location of the delivery. To determine the shipping rate for the chosen items, please add them to your shopping cart and use our shipping calculator.

The shipping estimate will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card or personal information is required.

We ship within European Union with DHL.
Shipments to UK are carried by UPS.

Shipments to US, Canada and Asia are carried by International Postage System.
